and operations of the real esate
category. Her experience with real

Seattle area (third generation), and

her a great addition to our team.

As we begin the next phase of our adventure we have added a satellite
phone and Ocen's email. Believe it or not, we can talk as we sail across the Pacific. We
plan to head south in late November, 2007. Our next country will be
Costa Rica, then Panama, then Equador and the Galapagos Islands.

We plan to leave Galapagos on April Fool's Day and head across the Pacific. We should
arrive in the "South Pacific Islands" by May. Oh my God!!!! 30 days out of the site of
land!!! Are we nuts or what!!! (Remember, we will have our cell phone, whoops, I mean
satellite phone.)
Emily Rimas, with her partner, will join us in the South Pacific. (Emily was the first prize
winner.) Since I am a poor sailor, I can't afford any more contests....Ha Ha
I plan to stay in touch with all of you and hope you will stay in touch with me either
through Corky, emailing or calling me---or all of the above.
We plan to be back in Seattle in January of 2009. Adios Amigos and Amigas...

Although I am sailing the high seas, you can still reach me by emailing me
at jcamp@windermere.com--to discuss the real estate market, renovation
projects, refinancing, resale, and so forth. I can access this email
whenever I have internet access. In between those times, I am in contact
with my business partner, Corinne Burr, who can answer your questions
and help you out.
